We're So Glad You're Here.
Harbour Dwelling sits on the second floor of a beautifully restored heritage building right on Water Street — the oldest commercial street in North America, and still the beating heart of downtown St. John's.
Exposed brick, tall windows, and warm, considered interiors meet the energy of the harbourfront just outside your door. By day, you're steps from the city's best coffee, galleries, and shops. By evening, some of Newfoundland's finest restaurants and liveliest pubs are a short walk in either direction.
Harbour Dwelling is a quiet retreat above the bustle — a calm, well-appointed place to come home to after a day spent exploring the harbour, the hills, or the coastline beyond the city. Settle into the leather sofa, pour a coffee, and watch Water Street go by.
Your stay is curated for your comfort. We've thought of all the extras — and we'll always do our best to accommodate if you need a little something more.

Everything you need to get settled from the moment you arrive. Check-in is fully self-guided — no waiting, no fuss.
