The Loft is a self-contained sanctuary with ocean views that'll stop you in your tracks — the kind of place you'll want to return to long after you've left. We've thought through every detail with your comfort in mind, from the East Coast Glow soaps to the balcony where the Atlantic stretches endlessly before you.

Your stay is fully self-guided — no waiting, no fuss. Everything you need is right here in this guidebook. And if you ever need a hand, we're just a message away.

A gentle note The sauna and hot tub on the property are lovingly reserved for guests staying in the Main House. We hope you'll find your own slice of magic right here in The Loft — with that balcony and those ocean views, we have a feeling you won't be short of ways to unwind.

Queen Bedroom & Ensuite
Rest easy in the queen bed, made up with fresh, crisp linens for your arrival. The ensuite bathroom features a shower and is stocked with East Coast Glow soaps — a lovely nod to the coast right outside your door. Please leave used towels at the foot of the bed upon departure.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully set up for cooking in — a full-sized fridge keeps everything cool, and the propane stove and oven are ready whenever you are. Essential pantry staples are provided. Please tidy up after each use and store all food properly.
Balcony & Ocean Views
This is the one. Step outside and let the Atlantic do the rest. Morning coffee on the balcony will ruin regular coffee forever — you've been warned. Please treat the outdoor furniture with care.
Air Conditioning
The Loft is equipped with air conditioning to keep things cool and comfortable no matter what the Newfoundland weather decides to do.
Parking
Parking is available right at the property. No need to arrange anything in advance — just pull up and you're home.

Departure & House Rules

Check-Out Instructions.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged with us. Just a few simple things before you head off — and thank you so much for taking such good care of The Loft.

Tidy the kitchen — wash or stack all dishes, wipe down surfaces, and leave things as you found them. Any leftover food should be removed or stored properly.

There is a garbage bin outside the home. Please remove all garbage and recycling before you depart and leave the space clean and ready for the next guest.

Leave the bed as-is — no need to strip the linens. Just leave used towels at the foot of the bed and we'll take care of the rest.

Close and lock all windows and doors before you depart. Please return your key to the lockbox on your way out.

No smoking indoors. The Loft is a smoke-free space. If you smoke outside, please clean up any cigarette butts from the grounds before you leave.

Please be considerate of noise, especially in the evenings. Dog Cove is beautifully quiet — let's keep it that way.
